Terms of Service

Acceptance

By accessing or using Vodalit’s website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services. [Legal entity name to be added upon incorporation review.]

Eligibility

Our services are intended for businesses and authorized representatives capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Financial Services

Vodalit provides routing intelligence and, where authorized, orchestration across third-party financial rails. Vodalit is not a bank and does not hold a banking license. Underlying financial services are provided by regulated third parties.

Transaction Routing

Route recommendations and, where permitted, automated routing decisions are generated based on the parameters and permissions you provide. Vodalit does not guarantee a specific cost, FX rate, or settlement time for any transaction.

API Usage

Access to our API is subject to rate limits, authentication requirements, and usage guidelines communicated separately. Misuse may result in suspension.

Third-Party Providers

Transactions routed through Vodalit may be executed by banks, payment networks, fintechs, or other regulated third parties. Their terms and performance are their own responsibility.

Authorized Instructions

Vodalit acts on routing instructions and permissions defined by you or your authorized users. You are responsible for the instructions and policies you configure.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the services for unlawful purposes, to circumvent security controls, or to interfere with the operation of the routing network.

Intellectual Property

Vodalit retains all rights, title, and interest in its website, brand, and underlying technology. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any Vodalit intellectual property.

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information disclosed in connection with the services.

Security

We maintain technical and organizational measures designed to protect the services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own systems and credentials.

Availability

We aim to keep our services available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance and third-party rail outages may affect availability.

Disclaimers

The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law.

Financial Service Disclosures

Vodalit is not currently licensed as a money transmitter, payment institution, or bank in any jurisdiction unless separately disclosed. [Regulatory status to be confirmed and updated upon legal review in each applicable jurisdiction.]

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vodalit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services. [Liability caps to be finalized upon legal review.]

Termination
